Return / Exchange Eligibility

A return or exchange is accepted only if:

* The product is damaged when received, or
* You have received a wrong or different product from what you ordered.

If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Product

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and share your Order Number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the return or exchange process.
