Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment, where applicable.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Akshay Jewellers provides delivery across India.
We currently do not accept or ship international orders.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability and courier service.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged when received, or
• The wrong product has been received.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
The issue will be reviewed by our team before a return or exchange is approved.
Products that are not damaged or incorrectly delivered are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests can be considered before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
7. JEWELLERY CARE
Customers are responsible for taking appropriate care of their jewellery after delivery. Jewellery should be stored and handled according to recommended jewellery-care practices.
